Sagesse Integrative Psychiatry
Sagesse Integrative Psychiatry is a mental health practice that combines traditional psychiatric care with a holistic, person-centered approach. We offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and life coaching to support your mental wellness and personal growth.
Unlike traditional models that focus only on symptoms, we take a whole-person approach—considering mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Our goal is not just symptom relief but long-term balance, resilience, and fulfillment.
Sagesse Integrative Psychiatry is a 100% virtual practice. All appointments are conducted securely through telehealth, allowing you to receive compassionate, expert care from the comfort and privacy of your home—no commute, no waiting room.
We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and stress-related concerns, among others. We also help individuals navigating life transitions, burnout, and self-discovery journeys.
This is one of the most common and deeply personal concerns we hear—especially from military spouses, active duty service members, veterans, and defense contractors. At Sagesse Integrative Psychiatry, we want to set the record straight: seeking mental health treatment does not automatically jeopardize your career, your spouse’s advancement, or your security clearance.
We understand the fear. Many military-affiliated families avoid mental health care because they worry it will be reported to command or negatively affect future opportunities. But here’s the truth—we are a private practice and not affiliated with the Department of Defense (DoD). That means we are not required to report your mental health or medical history to your command, employer, or any government agency.
Your privacy is protected. Your treatment is confidential. And your courage in seeking help will never be used against you at Sagesse. In fact, the Department of Defense itself encourages service members to prioritize mental health and recognizes that seeking support is a sign of strength—not weakness.
If you're feeling stuck between protecting your future and getting the care you need, know this: you don't have to choose. We're here to support your healing while safeguarding your dignity, privacy, and peace of mind.
Let us help you take the first step—without fear.
Appointments & Scheduling
Once established as a client, you can schedule an appointment through our client portal. Prospective clients may request a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs.
No, a referral is not required. You can book directly through our secure client portal.
Your initial psychiatric evaluation (60 minutes) includes:
A deep dive into your mental health history, symptoms, and goals
Discussion of potential diagnoses & treatment options
Personalized medication & therapy recommendations
For life coaching, your first session will focus on goal-setting and creating a strategy for transformation.
If you're starting or adjusting medication, we typically schedule follow-ups every 2 weeks for the first month.
Once stable, follow-ups may be monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
Coaching clients usually meet 1-4x per month based on goals.
🔹 Subscription plans provide structured follow-ups with added benefits.
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice—or missed without notice—will incur a late cancellation or no-show fee, as outlined in our intake forms.
If you are running late, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We allow a 10-minute grace period, but arriving late may shorten your session time out of respect for other clients. If you arrive too late to complete a meaningful session, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a fee may still apply.
Respecting our time together helps us provide consistent, quality care to all our clients.
