At Sagesse Integrative Psychiatry, medication management is a comprehensive and collaborative process designed to ensure your comfort and well-being. Conducted conveniently via telehealth, these consultations allow you to receive care from the privacy of your own home or another secure location. During your appointment, our experienced psychiatric provider will review your medical history, assess your current symptoms, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. If the patient is a minor, parents may be asked to participate in the session to ensure a well-rounded understanding of the child’s mental health needs.
Beyond simply prescribing medication, we prioritize education, support, and ongoing adjustments to optimize your treatment. To make the most of your consultation, we recommend preparing a detailed list of current and past medications, any recent surgeries, and any supplements or over the counter medications you take.
Medication management is an ongoing process, and we are committed to working alongside you with regular follow-ups to monitor effectiveness, address side effects, and make necessary adjustments. Open communication is key, and we encourage you to discuss any concerns or questions at any time to ensure you are on the best path to mental wellness.
As an outpatient private practice, we do not provide emergency crisis services. If you are in crisis, please call 988 or 911 immediately, or visit our Resources page for additional support.
To ensure accessible care without physical limitations, we exclusively provide virtual services. This allows clients to receive the support they need regardless of their location.

Please keep in mind that refills are not usually issued during evenings, weekends, or holidays, as we may not have full access to your medical records at those times.
